Paper Flowers
Since 2025, I have been specializing in paper flowers. I first started working with colored craft paper, but soon became fascinated by Italian crepe paper. This unique material gives the flowers a more elegant and lifelike appearance.
Paper Flowers Workshop
Saturday the 13th of December will be the second Paper Flower workshop at CODA Apeldoorn.

Paper Flowers Bouquet
Made from colored Italian crepe paper. The Apeldoorn Children's Jury chose the funny book The Waiter and the Penguin, written by Joukje Akveld and illustrated by Jan Jutte, as their winner this year.
I made these flowers for the presentation of the Apeldoorns Uiltje award with illustrator Jan Jutte at CODA Museum on October 11, 2025.
Paper Flower Brooch
Made from yellow Italian crepe paper. Designed to be worn by the artists during the opening of the Paper Art exhibition at CODA Museum, Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, on May 24, 2025.
I also gave a workshop on making flower pins so visitors could wear a paper flower as well.
